We’re looking for Chat Support Representatives to join our onsite team in Davao City.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Chat & Sales experience
• At least 6 months of Technical Support experience
• Senior High School graduate or 2nd Year College completer
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable assisting customers through chat
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers through chat support
• Handle customer concerns and inquiries
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend products or services
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance goals
