KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries through voice and chat support
• Assist customers with financial account and service-related concerns
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
• Communicate clearly and professionally across voice and chat channels
• Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately
• Perform multiple tasks while handling customer interactions
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
• Follow company policies, procedures, and account standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed at least 2 years in College
• Senior High School Graduate
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• At least 1 year of BPO experience preferred but not required
• Customer-facing experience is an advantage
• Experience handling an international account
• Comfortable handling blended Voice + Chat support
• Good English communication skills
• Strong typing, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on a night shift
• Willing to work onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on the assigned setup

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
