Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers through live chat.
• Provide clear, professional, and accurate responses.
• Address account, product, and service inquiries.
• Process customer requests and updates.
• Manage multiple chat conversations and tasks when required.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Follow service procedures and meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• No BPO or call center experience required.
• Fresh graduates, first-time job seekers, and career shifters are welcome.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks.
• Customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
