About the Role

As a Chat Support Representative, you will assist customers through online chat by answering questions, addressing concerns, providing information, and helping customers find appropriate solutions.

The role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable communicating through written messages, have strong attention to detail, and prefer a non-voice customer service environment.

You'll receive training and support to help you understand the account, systems, procedures, and customer service standards required for the role.

What You Will Do

• Respond to customer inquiries through online chat
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Handle multiple customer conversations while maintaining service quality
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Communicate clearly and professionally through written messages
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Follow established procedures and account guidelines
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, response time, and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate; college-level applicants and graduates are welcome
• With or without BPO or call center experience are welcome to apply
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks or conversations
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays when required
