What You'll Do

As a Chat Support Representative, you'll connect with customers through written communication and help provide the support they need.

• Assist customers through live online chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Provide information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
• Handle multiple conversations while maintaining response quality.
• Process customer requests and account updates.
• Document customer interactions using company systems.
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Maintain proper response times and productivity standards.
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver excellent support.

What You Bring to the Team

• High School or Senior High School graduate
