What You'll Do

• Handle live chat conversations with customers — answering questions clearly and quickly
• Help customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, product questions, and account issues, all through chat
• Manage multiple chat conversations at once without losing quality or warmth
• Troubleshoot problems with real empathy, not just canned responses
• Keep clean, detailed records of chat interactions in the CRM
• Loop in the right teammates when a conversation needs to be escalated

You're a great fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of customer service or chat support experience (e-commerce background is a bonus)
• Type fast and write clearly — chat is your comfort zone
• Stay patient and composed even when handling several conversations at once
• Have used helpdesk/chat tools like Zendesk or Gorgias (or pick up new tools quickly)
• Can multitask and prioritize without dropping the ball

At home, you'll need:

• A laptop/PC with at least an Intel i5 (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM
• Internet that reliably hits 25 Mbps up/down
