Job Overview

We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to provide professional and timely assistance to customers through live chat and other online communication channels. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple chats efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through live chat in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Handle multiple customer conversations efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and helpful tone while communicating with customers.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.

Requirements
