About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1**+ years of experience in Internal Audit** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, practical knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Internal Audits across various industries.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Perform risk assessment and compliance reviews.
• Prepare audit plans, working papers, and audit reports.
• Review SOPs and recommend process enhancements.
• Identify operational and financial risks and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with clients and management for audit observations and closure.
• Assist in developing audit methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members during audit assignments.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 1 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit.
• Experience in manufacturing, service, or consulting sectors will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Internal Financial Controls (IFC), risk management, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Willingness to travel for client assignments, if required.
