Professional SUV Driver — Montaire Reserve

Location: Pembroke Pines, FL
Service Area: Broward County, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami-Dade

Montaire Reserve is looking for a dependable, professional driver to operate a company-owned 2026 Chevrolet Suburban for rideshare services and company-arranged private transportation.

We’re seeking someone who communicates clearly, provides excellent customer service, follows a consistent schedule, and treats the vehicle responsibly.

Compensation and Vehicle Arrangement

• Slow season: Weekly vehicle rental arrangement with a company-provided fuel allowance.
• High season, beginning in November: Earnings are split 35% to the driver and 65% to Montaire Reserve, with work-related fuel covered by the company.
• Insurance, vehicle maintenance, and approved business tolls are handled by Montaire Reserve, subject to driver approval and company policies.
• Earnings vary based on completed trips, hours worked, and demand.
• Rental costs, scheduling, private-trip payment arrangements, and complete compensation terms will be discussed during the interview before either party commits.

Schedule and Vehicle Use

• The vehicle is shared between drivers on coordinated shifts.
• Drivers must pick up and return the vehicle in Pembroke Pines after each shift. This is not a take-home vehicle arrangement.
• Consistent weekly availability, punctuality, and reliable attendance are required.
• Drivers must follow their agreed schedule and communicate any availability changes promptly.
• Vehicle use is strictly for approved work. Personal trips, unauthorized passengers, lending the vehicle, and unauthorized drivers are prohibited.
• Smoking and vaping inside the vehicle are prohibited.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers and provide courteous, professional service.
• Arrive on time for scheduled pickups and follow client and management instructions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and assist passengers with luggage as needed.
• Keep the vehicle clean and ready for the next driver and passenger.
• Submit accurate start- and end-of-shift updates, including hours, mileage, fuel level, and vehicle condition.
• Maintain the agreed fuel level and never return the vehicle near empty.
• Report damage, warning lights, accidents, or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Report all trip activity and follow company procedures for private bookings and payment confirmation.
• Respond promptly to work-related messages when safely parked.

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Driving record acceptable to the company’s insurance provider.
• Active Uber driver account with required background approval; additional platform approvals may be required for assigned work.
• Reliable transportation to and from the vehicle pickup location.
• Confidence using navigation, rideshare apps, and a smartphone.
• Strong communication, reliability, and customer service skills.
• Previous rideshare, chauffeur, or professional driving experience preferred.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per week
