Chauffeur Driver – Swindon & North Wiltshire

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and professional Chauffeur to join our team in the Swindon and North Wiltshire area.

The ideal candidate will be immaculate in appearance, discreet, highly organised and multi-skilled, with excellent geographical knowledge and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Our clients include corporate organisations and private individuals, who expect to be transported safely, comfortably and professionally. A smart appearance, polite manner and attention to detail are therefore essential.

About You

You will need to be:

• A safe, reliable and confident driver
• Professional, well presented and well spoken
• Discreet and trustworthy
• Highly organised and punctual
• Flexible and willing to work around our customers' requirements
• Confident navigating a wide range of locations and routes, with excellent geographical knowledge
• Comfortable providing a high level of customer service

A full, current UK driving licence is essential, with a maximum of 3 penalty points and no points received within the previous 12 months.

Flexible Working

Our customers travel at all times of the day and throughout the week, so flexibility is important. However, we understand that everyone's availability is different.

You can choose the days and hours that suit you.

Training & Licensing

All drivers are required to obtain a Private Hire Driver Licence through the local council. We will assist you throughout the application process to help ensure the quickest possible turnaround, which typically takes approximately 6–10 weeks.

As part of the licensing process, you will be required to complete:

• Enhanced DBS clearance
• Driver Assessment
• Competency & Compliance Test
• Driving Licence check
• Medical Assessment
• Safeguarding Course

The cost of obtaining the Private Hire Licence is approximately £700–£800.

Once you have successfully obtained your licence and commence employment with us, the initial licensing costs will be reimbursed through an expense claim, with the remaining amount repaid incrementally based on the number of hours you work.

Full induction training will be provided once licenced.
