Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Chauffeur/Company Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for company executives, staff, clients, and other authorized passengers. The successful candidate will maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, follow traffic regulations, plan efficient routes, and ensure a comfortable and professional travel experience.

Job Description

• Safely transport company executives, staff, clients, and authorized passengers to designated locations.
• Drive company vehicles responsibly and comply with all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper presentation of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking oil, water, tyres, brakes, lights, and fuel levels.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure the vehicle has valid documentation, including insurance, vehicle licence, and other required permits.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, and other authorized items when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding passengers, company activities, and sensitive information.
• Report accidents, mechanical faults, traffic incidents, and other vehicle-related issues promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is parked safely and securely when not in use.
• Provide courteous and professional service to passengers at all times.
• Run official errands and perform other driving-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements/Skills

• Valid Nigerian driver's licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Proven years of professional driving experience; experience as a chauffeur or company driver is preferred.
• Good knowledge of road networks, traffic regulations, and routes within the assigned location.
• Ability to use GPS and navigation applications.
• Excellent driving skills, sound judgment, and strong road safety awareness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, trustworthy, disciplined, and professionally presentable.
• Ability to maintain vehicle records and perform basic vehicle checks.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

Pay: ₦80,000.00 per month
