Job Summary
Speedy Cash is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Check Handling Associate to support check processing, transaction services, recordkeeping, and daily branch operations. The ideal candidate will handle financial transactions accurately, follow established procedures, and provide professional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process checks and customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Verify transaction details and required customer information
• Review checks and related documents for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation
• Follow established cash-handling, check-processing, and security procedures
• Assist customers with questions regarding check-related services
• Identify and report discrepancies or unusual transaction issues to management
• Maintain an organized and professional service area
• Follow company policies and applicable compliance procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cash handling, check processing, banking, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
• Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, professional, and able to follow established procedures
