Checker

The Checker is responsible for ensuring that all necessary production processes and protocols are properly performed and documented. This includes monitoring and recording both incoming and outgoing production processes to maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and monitor incoming and outgoing cylinders, consumables, and other merchandise.
• Prepare inventory-related reports, including backload and pull-out reports.
• Conduct daily cylinder inventory and weekly warehouse inventory.
• Assist in monthly cylinder inventory counts and cylinder rebate activities.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and properly documented.
• Report discrepancies and operational irregularities to the immediate superior.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Comply with company policies and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or production operations is an advantage but not required.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Willing to work in a plant or warehouse environment.
