Checkout Supervisors

PAK’nSAVE Rangiora is looking for motivated, customer-focused leaders to join our busy Checkout team as Checkout Supervisors. This is a varied, hands-on leadership role at the heart of our store, where no two days are the same. You’ll help lead and support our team while delivering great customer service across Checkouts, Self-Service, Lotto and SHOP’nGO.

Previous experience or qualifications in these areas would be an advantage, but they’re not essential. We’re looking for the right people with the right attitude and leadership potential. We’re committed to developing our team and will provide full training and ongoing opportunities to build your skills and confidence in the role.

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence to lead, support and motivate others
• Willingness to complete relevant qualifications, including a Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) and General Manager’s Certificate
• Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when required
