Chef - Cheltenham

Join the kitchen at a our busy Japanese - Korean restaurant in the heart of Cheltenham.

Nagomi is a premium-casual Japanese - Korean restaurant, known for bold flavours, great teamwork and a genuinely supportive kitchen environment. We’re looking for a committed Chef to join our fast-paced, friendly brigade.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working across prep & cook line.
• Delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and efficient.
• Supporting your team during busy services.
• Learning Japanese & Korean techniques, sauces and trending dishes.
