Chef / Classroom Support

About Us:

Prodigy Early Learning at The Settlement is a growing preschool dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. We are looking for a dependable and flexible team member who can work part of the day in the kitchen and the other part supporting in classrooms.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Assist with covering teacher breaks and lunches.
• Support teachers in the classroom as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and childcare licensing standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred. Preschool experience preparing meals for a preschool is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and support multiple roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must pass background screening and meet childcare licensing requirements.
