Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Cook / Chef to prepare delicious, hygienic, and high-quality meals. The ideal candidate should have good cooking skills, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and be able to manage food preparation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals according to the required menu.
• Cook South Indian, North Indian, or other required cuisines.
• Ensure food is prepared with good taste, quality, and hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Manage food ingredients and ensure proper storage.
• Check the quality and freshness of vegetables, groceries, and other ingredients.
• Plan food preparation according to the number of people to be served.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Clean and maintain cooking equipment and kitchen utensils.
• Coordinate with management regarding menu requirements and grocery needs.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook/Chef is preferred.
• Good knowledge of cooking and food preparation.
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
