Location: Anywhere in the U.S. | Type: Hourly/Contract
We are seeking an experienced Chef/ Culinary Project Manager to oversee culinary operations at various project locations across the U.S.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Chef/Culinary experience
- Strong experience with food cost, labor cost & menu development
- Valid Driver’s License, good driving record & reliable transportation
- English-speaking
- Willing to travel 50–75%
- Must be 21+ years old
Schedule
30 days on / 14 days off with travel to offsite project locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily culinary and kitchen operations
- Lead and coordinate culinary teams
- Develop menus and control food/labor costs
- Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, production, and kitchen resources
