About the role
Rumah Makan/resto Meet Xiamen is seeking an experienced Chinese Food Chef (Non-Halal) to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and serving authentic Chinese non-halal cuisine while maintaining food quality standards. The restaurant is located at Jl. Holis Regency Blok M no 58.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
- Maintain quality of taste, presentation, and food cleanliness
- Manage raw materials efficiently to minimize waste
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment
- Prepare non-halal food items
About you
- Experienced in cooking Chinese cuisine
- Good cooking skills
- Disciplined
