We are seeking a skilled chef to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Abilene, TX on a swing shift schedule. This role involves preparing and delivering exceptional breakfast and dinner meals to our guests, with a schedule of 2 breakfast shifts and 2 night shifts per week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  
  
**Responsibilities**

- Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and dinner meals according to Hilton Garden Inn standards
- Manage food preparation and ensure timely meal service during assigned shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet guest needs and preferences
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

**Requirements**

- Previous experience as a hotel chef or similar role preferred
- Ability to work a swing shift schedule: 2 breakfast shifts and 2 night shifts weekly
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Flexibility and reliability in work schedule
