Duties

• Help prepare the daily needs of the kitchen.
• Help head chef with ordering and stock management.
• prep for lunch and dinner.
• be involved with weekly specials.

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary setting
• Solid kitchen experience including cooking, plating, and quality control
• Excellent communication skills with fellow staff.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards of hospitality and culinary excellence

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
