At Latin Manna, a vibrant Colombian restaurant located in the heart of South Brisbane, we are passionate about bringing the rich flavours of Colombian gastronomy to life and we are on the lookout for a talented Chef to prepare our traditional dishes, lead the kitchen team and elevate our culinary offerings.

Potential sponsorship for the right candidate with the right experience.

As the Chef, you will be responsible for preparing of high-quality Colombian dishes, overseeing all kitchen operations, maintaining food safety standards and keeping kitchen costs in check.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role in Colombian cuisine (minimum 2 years).
• Safe Food Handling Certificate (mandatory).
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
