Job Vacancy – Chef

The Embassy is seeking to fill a vacancy for a Chef.

We are looking for a professional and experienced Chef who is capable of preparing and presenting a wide variety of dishes to a high standard of quality, as part of the Embassy team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cooking, preferably in fine-dining restaurants or formal hospitality settings.
• Ability to prepare light and quick meals, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers.
• Proficiency in preparing Eastern, Western, Arabic, and Gulf cuisine to a high standard of quality.
• Ability to prepare menus and organize and cater for large official banquets and events.
• Commitment to high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Professional appearance, conduct, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
• Commitment to confidentiality, privacy, and the requirements of a diplomatic working environment.

Salary and Benefits: $4,500 – $4,600 per month
