A dynamic and growing Kitchen Cafe in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. As the Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, from menu development to food preparation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency. What you'll be doing

• Designing and implementing creative, seasonal menus that showcase your culinary expertise
• Overseeing food preparation and presentation to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers
• Managing the kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Monitoring food costs and implementing strategies to maintain profitability
• Collaborating with the management team to identify and implement process improvements
