SEIZE THIS POSITION - FULL TIME CHEF!!

High Pines Residential Home Limited are currently recruiting for a position of a Chef in Herne Bay, Kent

We are seeking a hardworking individual who would like to work in a warm and friendly setting, who aims to deliver high quality meals to meet the care needs of the residents and are able to promote resident choices.

We are looking for an individual who will be able to communicate well with the team, present with excellent interpersonal skills, present flexible, ensure there is sufficient stock levels in house, be able to make tasty food, communicate appropriately with residents. Also the candidate would need to be able to pay attention to presentation and cleanliness of the kitchen, and be able to follow policies and procedures. Further more follow a 4 weekly menu. The candidate is more than welcome to add/amend the menu/systems which suits the residents as appropriate.

The role requires you to prepare meals for the residents for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and thoroughly clean between.

This position starts at 7.30am-6.30pm, minus 1 hour for your break. The position is for 3- 4 days

We also have the availability for 7.30am-4pm.

Previous experience or qualifications are not essential as training will be provided. Food Hygiene certification is required.

All potential employees must provide at least 2 references and pass a DBS (CRB) check.
