SALLAD is HIRING! –

SALLAD is looking for an experienced, motivated Chef / Kitchen Lead who is ready to take ownership of the kitchen and help us move into our next stage of growth.

We’re looking for someone who is not only a strong cook, but also understands the business behind the food.

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience with food costing, portion control and GP management

Menu development and fresh, commercially viable ideas

Excellent kitchen organisation and time management

Stock control, ordering and waste reduction

Ability to implement recipes, systems and consistency

Confidence training and leading kitchen staff

Understanding of prep levels and efficient kitchen operations

Someone proactive who can identify problems and bring solutions

Interest in developing new offerings, including our upcoming breakfast menu and exciting new salad bowls.

Someone who genuinely wants to take ownership and make the kitchen their own

This role would suit a chef who enjoys having creative input and wants the opportunity to help shape and improve a growing food business.

Location: Condell Park, NSW

Venue: SALLAD - Brand new Sallad Bar
