Chef

Job Summary

We are seeking a capable Chef to join our small teams in both our Partick & City Centre locations. The ideal candidates will have relevant kitchen experience in a similar environment and work well as part of a team. This role involves managing food preparation and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are being met.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation and service
• Prepare menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
• Monitor inventory levels, assist where order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation.

Experience

• Proven experience within a similar kitchen environment
• Good time management skills and the ability to work in a team effectively
• Solid experience in hospitality settings or busy cafe environments
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

There are both full and part time positions available ranging from 20-35 hours per week. Weekend availability is essential and working hours range from 7.30am until 4pm providing an excellent work life balance.

Pay: £13.75 per hour
