OAX Cafe is a coffee truck launching in Jumeirah Village Circle.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and execute food items (pastries, sandwiches, paninis, etc.) according to our set menu and recipes
• Portioning, prepping ingredients, and maintaining stock levels for smooth service
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Work efficiently in a compact, high-through put truck environment during peak hours
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, and rotating stock (FIFO)
• Coordinate closely with the barista team to ensure fast, consistent service
• Follow standardized recipes and presentation set by our menu consultant (Finisya Hospitality Solutions) without deviation

What we're looking for:

• Valid Dubai Municipality food handling certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Basic knife skills and food prep fundamentals
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced space
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow recipes/portioning precisely
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new menu items as the truck's offerings evolve
• Basic understanding of food cost control and minimizing waste

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
