We're looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team and help create something special.

This is more than just a cooking role—we're looking for someone with a passion for breakfast, creativity in menu development, and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen.

About the Role

• Design and develop a fresh, contemporary breakfast menu
• Prepare and cook breakfast service to a high standard
• Cost recipes and minimise food waste
• Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency
• Work with management to refine and evolve the menu
• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a breakfast chef
• Strong menu development and recipe creation skills
• Knowledge of current café and brunch trends
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Passion for fresh, seasonal produce
• Reliable, organised and a positive team player
