Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality meals to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to excellence in food preparation and service.

Duties

• Efficiently prepare stations to ensure a successful services
• Maintaining cleanliness in addition to health and safety standards
• Ensure quality food comes out simultaneously with team members
• Performs inventory assessments and communicates to management efficiently
• Maintains a positive and professional approach with colleagues
• Handle and maintain dishwashing equipment
• Prepares pizza ingredients
• Operates wood fired pizza oven
• Performs regular maintenance on kitchen equipment
• Collaborates with other Chefs to ensure top tier food experience
• Ability to cross train on other kitchen equipment as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cooking experience
• Entry level knife skills
• Available week day evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Safe Food Handlers preferred

A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment is essential.
