Expert Consultant Chef – NPD & Product Development

We are looking for an Expert Consultant Chef specialising in New Product Development (NPD) to improve our existing products and develop innovative, commercially viable new products.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and refine existing recipes, products and processes.
• Develop new products, flavours and concepts.
• Create standardised recipes, SOPs and production methods.
• Conduct product trials, tastings and R&D.
• Optimise products for taste, quality, consistency, presentation and food cost.
• Ensure recipes are scalable and commercially viable.
• Guide the operations team during implementation and product launches.

• Savoury Products

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in NPD / R&D / Consulting Chef roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise across the above categories.
• Good understanding of food costing, standardisation and commercial production.
• Creative, innovative and able to turn ideas into consistent, scalable products.
