The Role
We’re looking for a confident and experienced chef to join our kitchen team. This is not a “stand and watch” role — you’ll be expected to take ownership of your section and deliver consistently high standards under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Run your own section during busy services
• Prepare and cook fresh dishes to a high standard
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety compliance
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Support the team to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ cheffing experience in a busy kitchen
• Experience working with fresh ingredients (no shortcuts)
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Strong understanding of kitchen standards and hygiene
• Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

This is a fast-paced kitchen. If you’re not used to volume and pressure, this role won’t suit you.
