Rochester and Cobham Park Golf Club is a private members golf club in Rochester ME2 3UL. Our championship golf course is set in beautiful woodlands near Shorne Country Park.

Our work environment includes:

• We cater for daily members, club functions, society lunches/dinners, buffets, bbqs, charity events all ranging in numbers dining from 6-120, no two days are the same.
• Due to our location you must have access to a vehicle as no public transport.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a committed Chef to join our team at a bustling Private members Golf Club. The ideal candidate will be a key player within our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in food preparation and production

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Cook and prepare foods from our daily menu.

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment

• Strong background in hospitality and culinary arts

• Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure

• Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.75-£12.80 per hour
