Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences. Duties

• Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food production
• Lead food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency and presentation standards
• Manage and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills
• Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to meet health regulations
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of dishes and excellent customer service
• Develop new menu items and improve existing recipes to keep offerings fresh and exciting
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary environment or restaurant setting
• Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management and staff development
• Solid kitchen experience with knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
• Background in hospitality or restaurant operations preferred
• Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service excellence is a plus

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
