Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
• Manage food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory levels and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus that excite guests and reflect current culinary trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in a culinary or kitchen leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Extensive knowledge of food production, preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated commitment to food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Hands-on kitchen experience with a passion for culinary arts and hospitality excellence
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and ensure smooth operations

Pay: £14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
