Position Available

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and cooking quality meals, maintaining kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety and presentation standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard

* Assist in daily kitchen operations and service

* Manage food preparation and cooking during busy service periods

* Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards

* Monitor stock rotation, storage, and kitchen organisation

* Work effectively within a team environment

* Assist in supervising junior kitchen staff when required

Skills and Experience Required

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen

* Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards

* Relevant hospitality qualifications are highly regarded

* Passion for quality food and customer service
