What they need
Chef's required for the award winning Four Elms pub off Newport Road in Cardiff.
We are looking for chef's with passion, drive and an eye for detail. Confident in their abilities to work solo and as part of a team. A minimum of food hygiene level 2 is required although level 3 is preferred.
The menu is written in house, and there is a carvery on Sundays.
Pay is £15.50 per hour.
40 hours approx. At least 2 full days off and 3, 4 evenings maximum.Full job description given at interview stage.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while adhering to food safety standards.
Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations, including holding a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
