Our surf club is on the lookout for a Casual Chef to join our friendly, fast‑paced kitchen team.

As a Casual Chef, you’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking high‑quality meals across lunch and dinner services
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen
• Supporting menu preparation and specials
• Working as part of a fun, supportive team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guests
• Ensuring consistent food quality during busy periods (especially weekends and events)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a busy venue
• Strong work ethic and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A passion for fresh, tasty food and great presentation
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings (penalty rates apply)
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
