Full-Time Chef

We’re on the hunt for a motivated, hands-on Full-Time Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a genuine passion for great food, quality produce, and well-executed service.

About the Role

Working closely with the team, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll help deliver a consistent, high-quality food offering while maintaining strong kitchen culture, smooth service, and excellent standards across prep, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes to a high standard during service
• Support menu execution and contribute ideas for seasonal changes
• Maintain kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining quality
• Support and collaborate with other kitchen team members
• Ensure compliance with WHS and food safety regulations

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar venue
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service flow
• Passion for quality food and attention to detail
• Calm, reliable, and confident during service
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Available to work evenings and weekends (always have Sundays off!)
