MUST HAVE SCRATCH KITCHEN EXPERIENCE We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience for our guests. Qualifications

• MUST HAVE SCRATCH KITCHEN EXPERIENCE
• Strong background in dietary department procedures and food management practices
• Extensive knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper handling techniques
• Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management
• Experience with inventory management, cost control, and food service operations
• Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality management systems is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
