The Naples Princess is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Chef to join our culinary team.

This is a unique opportunity for a culinary professional who loves the hospitality industry but is looking for a position with more balanced hours than a traditional restaurant kitchen. If you are tired of consistently working extremely late nights and are looking for a role that still offers a fast-paced, creative culinary environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform daily responsibilities preparing lunch, dinner and ala cart menus.
• Prepare menu items for private events and functions aboard the vessel
• Manage timing, food quantities, and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and company quality standards
• Assist with menu creation and seasonal culinary offerings with opportunities for personal creativity
• Maintain organization and efficiency within the kitchen operation
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are upheld throughout all stages of food handling
• Interact professionally with guests and assist front-of-house with responsibilities when needed
• Mentor and help develop fellow team members in a supportive team environment

Qualifications

• Culinary experience required
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• ServSafe Certification

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
