Chef

Thai Room is an award-winning Thai restaurant on Victoria Square in Adelaide's CBD, pairing modern Thai cooking with a wine list of more than 99 labels. We're looking for a full-time chef to join our kitchen team.

What you'll do

• Prep and cook across the menu during busy lunch and dinner services

• Keep dishes consistent with our recipes and presentation standards

• Stock, label and rotate your section, and keep it clean

• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures

• Work with the team on specials and set menus

What we need

• Experience cooking in an Asian restaurant kitchen

• Thai cooking experience is a strong advantage

• Full Australian work rights (we can't offer sponsorship for this role at least not for the first year )

• Available for nights and weekends

• Reliable, tidy and able to work under pressure

What you get

• $72,000 - $78,000 + super

• 5 days a week, 38-42 hours

• Staff meals on shift
