CHEF WANTED – ITALIAN RESTAURANT | DARLINGHURST

We’re expanding our operating hours and looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team at a busy Italian restaurant in the heart of Darlinghurst.

The role:

• 40–45 hours per week available
• Full-time / long-term position
• Immediate start available
• Busy, energetic restaurant environment
• Supportive and friendly team

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience working as a Chef
• Italian cuisine experience is highly regarded
• Is confident with pasta and traditional/modern Italian dishes
• Can handle busy services and work efficiently under pressure
• Is reliable, organised and a strong team player
• Takes pride in food quality, presentation and kitchen cleanliness

We’re looking for someone who wants consistent hours and a stable position with a growing venue.
