Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our Smokehouse culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food preparation and culinary arts within a vibrant smokehouse environment. The Chef will play a key role in maintaining food safety standards and fostering a positive kitchen atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong skills in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred; hospitality background is advantageous. Smokehouse experience is not as this can be taught. This position offers an engaging work environment where culinary talent is valued and nurtured. Pay: From £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
