Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $81,000 per year + superannuation

Milliore located in Sydney city is a high-quality Korean restaurant. We are seeking qualified and experienced Korean Cuisine Chef on a full-time basis.

To be successful in this position, you need to have the followings:

• Commercial Cookery trade qualification (or equivalent)

• Minimum of 2 years of Korean cuisine experience as a Chef

• Flair and innovative in menu development

• Ability to manage labour, food and operational expenses

• Excellent planning and organisational skills

• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations and dietary requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Effective management skills in kitchen staff and practices
