Chef

WE ARE HIRING !!

At the Royal Oak, based in the heart of Kirby Muxloe, we are looking to expand our kitchen team even more to keep up with the demand of our business.

We are not just a village pub. We are a deli, cafe, community hub, private function venue, and we do a lot of outside catering and bespoke buffets, so this is not just a normal chef that we are looking for; we want someone who has experience and who is not afraid of a bit of hard work.

In return, we offer a very competitive wage and a chance to join our ever-growing team and be a part of something that truly is special. You really have to witness what we do here to believe it. Everything that can be made in-house is made in-house so we really do need chefs with experience who are flexible.

The position is open for full-time and part-time, but it would unfortunately be on our terms regarding days worked and shift pattern.

At The Royal Oak, one of the biggest things that we believe in is family, and we do try our very best to make sure that all of our chefs have a decent work/life balance so we do aim to have at least 1 day of a weekend and aim for 1 weekend off a month.

If this sounds like something that you would be interested in and want the challenge, then send us your c.v or give us a call at The Royal Oak in Kirby Muxloe.
