Seeking a full-time salary chef to join our team.

The position will be a full time chef.

We seek applicant who:

• Has experience create high quality food, and maintains high standards
• Has strong leadership skills with the ability to create a motivating environment
• Has experience in breakfast , lunch and dinner.
• Experience cooking and managing a kitchen team
• Understanding of food health, safety and handling procedures
• Is an excellent multi-tasker with good initiative
• Has excellent inter-personal skills, maintaining a calm demeanour in high-pressure situation.
• Help headache to create seasonal menu design and on-going dish development
• Seeks to further their skillset and food knowledge by showcasing local produce
• Must be able to work on weekends and rotating roster.

Experience required:

• Must have certificate IV in commercial cookery

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a chef.
