About Us: Clarendon Tavern isn't just a pub, we're part of Endeavour Hotels, a family-owned business dedicated to delivering classic, vibrant pub experiences. Our venues span from Coopers Hotel at Newtown to Five Islands Hotel at Cringila, with Clarendon Tavern as a key location. Who You Are: You're a dedicated chef with a love for crafting quality meals and thrive under pressure. With a few years of kitchen experience, you're a reliable, punctual team player who's eager to share ideas and grow with us. You bring solutions, enthusiasm, and a readiness to lead by example.

Your Role:

• Food preparation with precision and passion, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace, adhering to top hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate daily on specials and events, adding your touch to elevate each meal.
• Drive stock control, minimise wastage, and uphold efficient kitchen operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new ideas to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
• Work with a sense of urgency.

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally have 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen.
• Proficiency in food preparation, hygiene, and stock management.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to excellence.
• Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
