MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE CHEFLocation: Vietnam | International Relocation Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and talented Mediterranean Cuisine Chef to join our restaurant in Vietnam.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Mediterranean cuisine and be comfortable working with fresh ingredients, grilled meats, seafood, vegetables, herbs, sauces and traditional Mediterranean cooking techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of Mediterranean dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Work with Mediterranean cuisines including Greek, Turkish, Lebanese, Spanish, Italian and broader Mediterranean styles.
• Prepare fresh salads, mezze, dips, sauces, marinades, grilled meats, seafood, pasta and other Mediterranean dishes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
• Assist with menu development and recipe standardization.
• Maintain food-cost and portion-control standards.
• Ensure proper food storage, preparation and hygiene.
• Operate grills, ovens and other professional kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and other members of the kitchen team.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff where required.

Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Previous experience in a Mediterranean, Italian, Greek, Turkish, Lebanese, Spanish or European restaurant is strongly preferred.
• Candidates currently working in UAE, India or other international markets are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of Mediterranean ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Experience with grilled meats, seafood, salads, sauces and mezze is an advantage.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred.
• Culinary qualification is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability and willingness to relocate to Vietnam.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in young, ambitious chefs currently working in Dubai/UAE or India who have genuine Mediterranean/European cuisine experience and are interested in developing their career internationally in Vietnam.
