Lunch starting at 12 daily

Kitchen Hours on Wednesday 12pm-3pm

Kitchen Hours on Thursday, Friday, Saturday 12-8.30pm

Kitchen Hours Sunday 12pm-5pm

Only open 3 nights a week.

Currently our kitchen has a mixture of classic dishes & progressive small plates Not an extensive menu but one that is really smart. You will have the creative license to alter the menu as you see fit.

This role requires a qualified Chef with strong skills in food preparation, menu execution and daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with food safety standards. A relevant trade qualification or formal training is required, along with at least one year of relevant industry experience.

38 hrs per week plus any reasonable hours to complete to role - full time position

Diploma or Certificate in Cookery, or at least three years of employment experience in the role
